- Your anonymous UID is used solely to associate your created stories and subscription status with your device session.

- When you delete your account or data, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Important Notice for Parents and Guardians:
Fablette is designed for use by children under parental or guardian supervision. We take children's privacy very seriously.
- We do not require any personal information from children to use the app.
- The app uses anonymous authentication only — no name, email, age, or other personally identifiable information is collected from any user, including children.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
- Story prompts provided by users are sent to AI services for content generation only and are not used to build user profiles.
- We comply with applicable children's privacy laws including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and relevant provisions of GDPR.
- Parental supervision is strongly recommended when children use the app.
7. TRACKING & ADVERTISING
- Fablette does not track users across other apps or websites.
- We do not use any advertising SDKs or display ads of any kind.
- We do not collect or use Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or Google's Advertising ID.
- We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.
8. DATA RETENTION & DELETION
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service:
- Story data is retained as long as your account is active.
- Subscription records are retained for the duration of your subscription.
- You can delete individual stories at any time from within the app.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from the Profile screen.
- Upon account deletion, all data (stories, subscription status, anonymous UID) is permanently removed within 30 days.
9. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access: Request information about what data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Request deletion of all your data (also available in-app).
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Objection: Object to certain data processing activities.

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

1. SERVICE DEFINITION
Fablette is an AI-powered children's story creation and listening platform. The app allows users to create, save, and listen to personalized stories generated by artificial intelligence.
2. USER ACCOUNT
- The app uses anonymous authentication. No registration, email, or personal information is required.
- An anonymous account is automatically created when you first open the app.
- Your account and data are tied to your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, your anonymous account and stories may be lost.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
3. PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS
3.1 Premium Features

- AI-powered image generation
- Premium audio quality (AI Text-to-Speech)
- Access to all story lengths (Short, Medium, Long)
3.2 Subscription Plans
- Weekly Plan: 7-day subscription with story credits
- Monthly Plan: 30-day subscription with story credits

All in-app purchases require passing a Parental Gate (a math question). This is designed to prevent unauthorized purchases by children.
4. CONTENT USAGE
4.1 Created Stories
- Stories you create are for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may save stories to your personal library within the app.
- Commercial use of generated stories is prohibited.
4.2 Prohibited Content
The following content creation attempts are prohibited:
- Violent or graphic content
- Inappropriate, sexual, or adult content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Copyright-infringing content
- Misleading or harmful content
5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USAGE
- Stories, images, and audio are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini, OpenAI GPT).
- AI-generated content is not pre-reviewed by humans.
- The quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of generated content is not guaranteed.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for reviewing content generated for children.
6. SERVICE LIMITATIONS
- Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.
- Features may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.
- AI model availability depends on third-party service providers (OpenAI, Google).
- Accounts may be suspended in case of abuse or violation of these terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- The Fablette app design, code, and brand are protected by copyright.
- The Fablette name and logo are trademarks of Fablette.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the app is prohibited.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- We are not responsible for any data loss.
- We are not liable for the actions or content of third-party services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for subscriptions in the last 12 months.
9. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app in the following cases:

10. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT DISCLOSURE
Important Information for Parents and Guardians
Fablette uses advanced artificial intelligence technology to create unique stories for children. Please read this disclosure carefully.
1. AI MODELS USED
Our app uses the following AI models:
- OpenAI GPT-4: Story text generation and text-to-speech narration
- Google Gemini 2.0: Story generation and image creation
2. HOW AI CONTENT IS GENERATED
When you create a story:
- You provide story parameters (theme, characters, location, topic)
- AI generates story text based on your inputs
- AI creates illustrations matching the story
- AI converts text to natural-sounding speech
Data Handling: Your story prompts are sent to AI services for content generation. These prompts are processed in real-time and are not used to train AI models. No personal information is included in the prompts sent to AI services.
